The project is located near the tramway and the maternity hospital of La Tronche.

 

Its dual functionality is embodied by two volumes. A café, cantilevered on a river, gives its terrace a pleasant point of view.

​

The café is part of the project while maintaining its individuality. It welcomes young parents while they watch their children play.
