The work was focused on the fluidity of the course and the communication maintained between the interior garden and the neighboring park. In a suburban neighborhood, the building is visually composed of small entities, leaving transparencies between inside and outside.

The architectural aim was to integrate the countryside into urban areas by creating "town houses". All apartments have balconies or loggias and duplex terraces.
